For this project, I led a UX/UI redesign for a clinical analytics app used at Seattle Children’s
Hospital. The early product was powerful but confusing—key actions were hidden, terminology was unclear,
the workflow was difficult to follow, and the overall interface felt uninviting. Working as the lead
designer with one supporting designer, I conducted user interviews, mapped the existing experience,
and identified major usability gaps.
We rebuilt the product from the ground up: streamlining the workflow into an 80-screen user journey,
clarifying language and instructions, standardizing charts, and establishing a cleaner visual system
that felt trustworthy and clinical. The result was a more intuitive, approachable tool that supported
clinicians in quickly understanding their data and making informed decisions.
