Goal: build consistent, yet unique designs for Microsoft device websites. The device group includes Surface, Hololens, Accessories, Band, Windows and Xbox.
Challenge: maintain consistencies with different team members in each device group, in different states and time zones.
My role: lead the production team, design mobile and tablet layouts based on desktop designs, create redlines for teams in India to build and test sites to make sure it adheres to the designs.
